Smart home

No more one app per device

We install a small, always-on hub in your home. Wherever possible, commands skip the vendor’s cloud and reach the device over your home network.

  • Xiaomi Mi Home
  • Tuya / Smart Life
  • ESPHome
  • ESP32
  • IP cameras (GB28181)

  2. Home hub ESP32, on your home network Encrypted sync
  3. One app In Mongolian
  • Local first

Wherever the device allows, it is controlled over your home network. The hub calls out to our server, so there is no port forwarding and no stored vendor password.

  • Brand-neutral

Xiaomi devices and IP cameras already run through one protocol and one app. Tuya and ESPHome devices are connected at the prototype stage. Our aim: no separate app for every brand.

  • Private by design

Every device belongs to its owner’s account only. Camera links are re-checked against the current owner on every request.

  • Careful with mains

We measure and map the circuits before changing anything. Electrical installation is done by qualified electricians.

Pilot

Today our smart-home layer runs 24/7 in one household as a pilot, through our Central Garden Residence app. The other devices are prototypes or still in research.

What we do

Smart home is our focus. We also build the systems, integrations and apps that run an organisation’s day-to-day work.

Mongolian & enterprise integrations

  • QPay
  • eBarimt
  • ESIS
  • Microsoft 365 / Entra ID
  • Bank statement APIs
  • SMS gateway
  • Smart home & IoT We connect Xiaomi and Tuya devices, IP cameras, smart breakers and more in one app in Mongolian. Where possible, they’re controlled over your home network.
  • Company internal systems

    Company internal systems

We replace spreadsheets, paper forms and a patchwork of software with one system that fits how your organisation really works. On web and phone, in Mongolian.

    • ERP and back-office systems with roles, approval queues and audit logs
    • Finance: billing from contracts and meter readings, bank-statement matching, QPay, eBarimt
    • HR, timesheets and payroll, fed straight from door attendance
    • Inventory, orders and low-stock alerts, with Excel import and export
    • Government (ESIS) and Microsoft 365 / Entra ID integration; migration from legacy systems
  • Smart building & device integration

    Smart building & device integration

Even when the vendor offers no API, we connect gates, card readers, kiosks, vending machines and screens to your system. Every scan and sale is recorded.

    • Face-recognition and card gates linked to attendance, payroll and alerts
    • Payments, library, assets and kiosks, all on one NFC/RFID card
    • Cashless vending machines and self-service kiosks on your own balance system
    • Central control of screens and TVs: power, content and live web pages
    • Live event feeds from ZKTeco and Dahua access-control devices
  • AI & automation

    AI & automation

We put AI to work on your own data, with guardrails: reading handwriting and answering staff questions with real reports. We measure it against your experts.

    • AI assistants on company data with roles, restricted categories and an audit trail
    • Document AI: OCR and reading Mongolian handwriting
    • Search and Q&A over large collections of Mongolian documents (RAG)
    • Evaluation first: test sets built from your experts’ decisions, cost per item
    • Scheduled automations: bank reconciliation, government reporting, reminders
  • Apps, websites & online shops

    Apps, websites & online shops

Mobile-first apps in Mongolian, shipped to the App Store and Google Play and updated over the air. We also build fast websites and online shops.

    • iOS and Android apps (React Native, Expo): push notifications, chat, live video
    • App Store and Google Play submission, meeting the review requirements
    • Most updates delivered over the air (OTA), without waiting for store review
    • Company and multilingual websites
    • Online shops with catalogue, cart, bank-transfer checkout and a self-serve admin
  • Research & prototyping

    Research & prototyping

Before you commit a budget, we test the hardest part: Mongolian speech, handwriting, closed protocols or LiDAR scans. Honest measurement, a working prototype.

    • Feasibility studies and proofs of concept (PoC) with success criteria set in advance
    • Benchmarks of AI models on Mongolian speech, handwriting and text
    • Model fine-tuning and serving on your own GPU servers
    • Device protocol reverse-engineering and hardware assessment

For organisations

Our engineers work shoulder to shoulder with your team

We don’t take a brief by email and disappear. Our senior engineers come to your organisation, work alongside your staff and own the result until the system goes into service. An engineer who works this way is called a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE).

  1. On site

The engineer works next to your staff and sees first-hand how the work actually gets done.

  2. A release every week

No waiting months for a big plan. We release in small steps every week and improve each release with your staff’s feedback.

  3. Owned end to end

Replacing the old system, migrating data, connecting banks, eBarimt, QPay and government systems: we own all of it.

  4. A proper handover

We hand over the system with documentation and staff training, then keep supporting you.

Who you’ll work with

  • Senior software engineer
  • Forward deployed engineer (FDE)
  • Project manager
  • IoT & embedded engineer
  • AI engineer

Our engineers have shipped software since 2022. Electrical installation is done by qualified electricians.

Live

Since July 2025 our engineers have served as the in-house engineering team of a 1,500-student private school, replacing its inherited legacy system and a paid timetabling tool.

Process

From first conversation to handover

  1. Get to know you

We listen to your goals, how things work today and what is getting in the way.

  2. See it on site

We look at your devices, systems, data and workflows in person, and map the electrical panel where needed.

  3. Scope and proposal

We agree in writing what we will build, what we won’t, and how we will measure success.

  4. Build and ship often

We build in small steps and release regularly. Every change is backed up first and checked by automated tests.

  5. Handover and support

We hand over with documentation and staff training, then keep supporting you.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you make the flat I already live in smart?

Yes. We start by looking at your devices, Wi-Fi and electrical panel and drawing a circuit map, and only then plan what to change. The devices we connect run over Wi-Fi. Anything that touches the electrical panel is done by qualified electricians.

Does it keep working if the internet drops?

Your devices keep working with their own buttons and switches. App commands pass through our server, so while the internet is down the app can’t control them; control returns when the connection does. Devices on local firmware, such as a breaker reflashed with ESPHome, can still be controlled inside the home network without internet. We tell you in advance which of your devices fall into which group.

Which brands and devices do you work with?

At home: Xiaomi Mi Home (over the home network and through the cloud), Tuya / Smart Life, ESPHome, GB28181 IP cameras and ESP32 boards. In buildings: face-recognition and card gates, card readers, kiosks, vending machines and Xiaomi TVs. If your device isn’t listed, send us the model. We’ll check it first and tell you honestly.

How long does a company system take?

It depends on the scope. We ship a first working version as early as possible, then keep adding to it. Our Central Garden Residence app, for example, reached the App Store 38 days after we started writing its code. After a first conversation we’ll give you a clear timeline.

What is FDE?

It’s a way of working where our engineers come to your organisation and work alongside your staff. They learn the requirements from how the work really happens, not from a document, and own the result until the system goes into service.

How do you set the price?

Price depends on scope: the number of devices, the system’s modules, integrations and timeline. So we talk first, understand what you need, and then give you a written scope and quote.

Do you support the system after launch?

Yes. We keep fixing bugs, shipping updates, adding devices and features, and training your staff. Many app updates reach phones over the air without resubmitting to the App Store, and we back up the data before every change.
